Booking & Cancellation Policy

Introduction
This policy explains how appointments are booked, confirmed, rescheduled and cancelled.
My aim is to provide a thoughtful and well-prepared experience for every client while maintaining a schedule that respects both your time and mine.
Booking Appointments
Appointments are available by advance booking through my online scheduling system.
All appointments are subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email.
Booking Notice
Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
This allows adequate time for preparation and helps ensure a high quality experience.
Booking Window.
Appointments may be booked up to 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
You can reschedule using the link included in your confirmation email.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be cancelled without penalty.
For paid appointments, any applicable refund policy will be stated at the time of booking.
Complimentary readings may not be automatically rebooked after cancellation.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the appointment will still finish at the originally scheduled time whenever possible.
If you are significantly late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled at my discretion.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
for complimentary readings, repeated no-shows may result in future applications not being accepted.

Technical Issues
Appointments are conducted online using Google Meet.
If technical issues prevent the session from taking place, I will make every reasonable effort to reconnect or arrange another suitable time.
Complimentary Reading Programme
Complimentary readings are offered in limited numbers.
If you are unable to attend, I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the appointment can be made available to someone else.
Changes by Me
Occasionally it may be necessary for me to reschedule an appointment due to illness, travel or unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another suitable time.
